At House of Evaara, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The return request is approved after verification
  • A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is provided

Refunds are also applicable in cases where the customer has changed their mind, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Refund Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returns without valid video proof may not be accepted
  • Refunds are processed only after the product is picked up and inspected

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • In case of defective, damaged, or wrong items, refunds will be processed free of cost
  • If the return is initiated due to change of mind, a ₹150 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to the UPI ID or bank account shared by the customer

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days, as per RBI guidelines, after successful pickup and quality verification

Important Notes

  • COD charges, if any, are non-refundable
  • House of Evaara reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on product condition and policy compliance
