This website is operated by House of Evaara. We specialize in curated, high-quality bracelets for adults and infants, featuring Surgical Stainless Steel and Brass with 18K Gold plating. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. PRODUCT & SIZING ACCURACY

  • We curate a specific range of Women’s Bracelets and Baby/Kids Bracelets.
  • Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to measure the wrist before purchasing. We provide size guides for all products to ensure a safe fit. We are not responsible for items that do not fit if the size matches the product description.

2. SAFETY DISCLAIMER (BABY/Kids BRACELETS)

  • Supervision Required: Our baby/kids' bracelets are curated with safety in mind; however, jewellery contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
  • Usage: Never leave a child unattended while wearing jewellery. Remove all jewellery during naps, sleep, or play. House of Evaara assumes no liability for accidents or injuries arising from the use of our products.

3. MATERIAL & ALLERGY CARE

  • While we curate hypoallergenic materials like Surgical Stainless Steel, children’s skin can be extra sensitive.
  • We are not responsible for individual skin reactions. Our Anti-Tarnish Coating will not fadeonly valid if the Product Care Guide (avoiding harsh lotions/chemicals) is strictly followed.

4. HYGIENE & RETURNS

  • For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, bracelets must be returned in unworn, original condition with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hrs of delivery.
  • Items showing signs of wear or scratches will not be accepted for a refund.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Once your order is handed to our courier partners, we are not liable for transit delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

House of Evaara shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read the safety warnings regarding infant jewelry.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India/Gujarat.
