House Of Evaara ships to all major pin codes across India. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure that every order is handled with care and delivered safely within the promised timelines. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery status.
Order Dispatch
Orders placed with House of Evaara are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days from the time the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. In case of any delay in processing, our team will proactively inform you and share the revised dispatch timeline.
Order Delivery
Once dispatched, our logistics partners usually deliver orders within:
- 2–3 business days for metro cities
- 5–7 business days for non-metro cities and remote locations
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch. While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions may occasionally impact delivery schedules.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,099, and a flat ₹69 shipping fee on orders below.
- A ₹100 cash-handling charge applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable.

Conditions to Initiate Exchange or Return
You may request an exchange or return free of cost only if the product received is defective, damaged, or a wrong item has been sent.
To be eligible:
- A complete unboxing video (from sealed parcel to product) is mandatory
- Requests without video proof will not be accepted
- The product must be unused and in original condition
Exchange Policy

Timeframe
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order. - Exchange Restrictions
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- Once an order is exchanged, no further exchanges can be requested
- If you wish to return an exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued
- Payment for Exchange
- Any price difference must be paid while creating the exchange request
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders
- Delivery Address
- Exchange or replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order
- Product Exchange Rules
- Exchange for an item of the same value will be processed at no extra cost
- For a higher-value item, the difference must be paid
- For a lower-value item, the difference will be refunded as a credit note
- Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only one item can be selected
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted free of cost only for defective, damaged, or wrong items, supported by a valid unboxing video
- If you have changed your mind or no longer require the product, a ₹150 shipping and handling charge will be deducted
- The balance amount will be refunded after the product is picked up and verified
Refund Process & Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, as per RBI guidelines, after successful pickup and quality check
Refund Mode:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed to the UPI ID or bank account shared by the customer
